Customer talks about us.I often fix my own computer problems, but I recently ran across an issue that I couldn’t fix myself. I went through a dozen of computer repair services before finding Tony. At this point, I was frustrated because I was receiving expensive quotes from other companies who didn’t seem to even understand the problem. This included Dell tech support, who were absolutely clueless.
Tony grasped what I was talking about immediately, and gave me a couple of scenarios and quotes for each. I thought that I might as well have my faulty screen replaced while I was at it – again, a very reasonable quote. There were no extra charges at the end of it all, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.
If you’re looking for a tech who actually knows his stuff – look no further. This is the guy you are going to need.

“Prompt, professional, courteous and diligent are just a few words that describe the service I received from Computer Onsite technical support. Dealing with tech support specialists over the Internet can be slow and frustrating. I was delighted to find out about Computer Onsite, whose staff provide on site consultation at a very reasonable cost.
Since I was unable to specify exactly what was wrong, it was not possible for Tony to make an initial estimate. All in all, I was 1000% satisfied with his work, including explanations of what he was doing and why, in language I could understand. I have received a consistently excellent level of service from your company.
Extremely efficient service with a knowledgeable technician who knew immediately how to fix the problems. I particularly liked the fact that none of my settings were changed on the system. All of my personal little preferences and habits, if changed for the purpose of repairing the system, were reset before the technician left. It is a pleasure to work with people who recognize that a computer is set up so that the owner/operator likes it, not the way the repair person prefers. You are welcome to repair any other difficulties which may occur.

I was really impressed by Computer Onsite. One recent Sunday evening, my home office computer became inoperable. They scheduled a site visit for the next day. A very professional “Tony” specialist arrived at my home office and within 30 minutes had my computer completely restored. I would recommend them to anyone who has a computer problem.

Your service techs are at the door right on time…next day service when I call for help…always have an answer for my questions…if you need to take my computer to the shop, I have it back the same day or the next day at the latest. This time, you built me a new computer, and it was ready the next day and set up in my home in 2 days time, with all the info from my old hard drive transferred to the new one and a one-hour info session with the tech, Richard after the computer was hooked up.

Tony called to say he was running late which was most appreciated and he showed up at the time estimated. I feel confident that the new system and the addition of a joystick adapter that he put together to allow us to use our ancient one.. will do the job. Would definitely use Computer Onsite again

“Just want to say that I am extremely pleased with the service Computer Onsite provided this week to take care of a number of minor problems/repairs. Tony arrived yesterday morning and was very professional and straightforward (spoke in easy to understand terms), and very practical when he answered my questions about upgrading my hard drive and adding a CD writer. After a quick look at my ailing printer, he was very frank that my printer was in critical condition (but he took it into the shop anyway to have it checked over)–and recommended what to look for in a new printer in case mine did not recover. Tony is an excellent and professional Man….Yes he hits the keys far faster than I can keep up to him, but he explains what he was doing and afterwards he explain what we need to do in order to help prevent the problems we had with our computer…. Very HAPPY with service and we will continue to call for help when required!
