My specific problem related to the functionality of my DVD/CD burner which had not worked properly since the computer was new, about a year ago. The technician that came to my home was prompt (even early!), courteous, and more than helpful. He was able to solve a problem even other IT individuals were not able to fix. When we ran out of discs in the middle of testing it, he drove me to a nearby pharmacy where I was able to purchase more. Outstanding customer service - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Computer Onsite to anyone."

We talked about many items needed to make our basic system much more functional, to our satisfaction. The technician 'tweaked' the system with a minor tune-up at it were. It appears to respond more quickly now, as much of the unused / unrequited software was removed. He gave us valuable information re a potential new monitor and the new printer that's required. He said that we could contact him for other advice if required at any time. He was always polite and even patient with some of the seemingly simple questions asked of him. We thanked him for that.
